Inspections and Tests in the SMT Assembly Process

With SMT assembly being the primary technology in current electronics manufacturing, new materials, technologies, and equipment will be developed indefinitely. This is consistent with the ever-increasing assembly density, an increasing number of pins, and decreasing pitch diameters.
